Prescription for Good Health

Prescription for Good health requires that you eat foods that are healthy for your body~

Drink plenty of fresh water, no need for fancy bottles!  Tap water is just fine~

Get at least 6 hours of sleep each night, honestly I don't know anyone who sleeps more than that!

Exercise in a way that looks and feels good to you!  No need for fancy gyms.  Take a walk outside, find a yoga video on youtube, dance in front of the mirror!

And lastly, do a monthly cleanse for your soul with a Reiki session~
